(1) A person who is, has been, or has qualified to be a judge of a district court having knowledge of matters related to information technology shall be eligible to be a law member of the tribunal.
(2) At least a post-graduate degree in computer science or information technology-related subjects and at least three years of experience in the field of electronic business, information technology or electronic communication shall be eligible to be an information technology member of the Nepali Civil Tribunal.
(3) At least a master's degree in management or commerce and specialization in the field of electronic transactions, with at least three years of experience in the relevant field, will be eligible to be a commercial member of the Nepali Civil Tribunal.
